Prenatal and Infant Groups

Infant Group
Infant Group is a weekly drop in for parents from the time they are pregnant until the time the child is crawling. You will experience a chance to talk with other parents about you and your baby, child development and baby routines and behaviors.  Regular visits from our Community Health Nurses and other community organizations links you with the supports available to growing families.  Get out have a meal and meet new people. All pregnant women or moms & dads of new babies are welcome in this group.

Teens Loving Children
T.L.C. is a once a week drop in time for pregnant or parenting teens, 23 years and under to get together with their babies and other young parents. The group will have great food, crafts, discussions about child development and parenting and guest speakers from community organizations. Individual support offered as needed to assist you with things like referrals, school, housing and other issues that you may need help with.

Baby’s Coming Prenatal Class
Prenatal groups, where you learn about taking care of yourself while you are pregnant. We talk about nutrition, labor, delivery, infant care, and breastfeeding. It is a great time to talk about your questions and concerns too. Dads-to-be, partners, and other support persons are welcome. We will talk about how they will be involved in all this too! This is a fun way to get ready for your baby and meet new people. We provide a healthy meal at every meeting.
