Active Living Programs

Keep Well
A twice-weekly, one-hour gentle exercise program that encourages physical activity among Kingston residents over 55 years of age and who experience barriers in achieving a physically active lifestyle. Once a week, social time is held after exercises to encourage participants to make friends and join in the conversation. Refreshments and a healthy snack are provided.

Tai Chi Chih
A 12 week class geared toward adults over 18.    Classes are run by a certified instructor and include 20 moves that are taught sequentially over the 12 weeks.

Chair Yoga
A weekly gentle yoga class where almost all poses are performed seated. This class is open to anyone 15 years of age or older and is meant to make yoga accessible to all, regardless of ability or income.
