Chair Yoga
A weekly gentle yoga class where almost all poses are performed seated. This class is open to anyone  aged 15+ and is meant to make yoga accessible to all, regardless of ability or income. Classes are Wednesdays, 1 to 1:45 pm at 263 Weller Avenue.

Exercise for Chronic Pain
Do you suffer from chronic pain? Exercise can help reduce your pain, increase your range of motion, and reduce your need for medication. Run by the Kingston Community Health Centers and hosted at the Boys & Girls Club (1300 Bath Road), this free class consists of gentle exercises and is open to anyone in the Kingston community aged 14+. Classes are Mondays and Thursdays, 1:30 to 2:30 pm. Please contact Corey Armitage, Active Living Facilitator, before attending as space is limited.
