Active Living Programs

Keep Well
A twice-weekly, one-hour gentle exercise program that encourages physical activity among Kingston residents over 55 years of age and who experience barriers in achieving a physically active lifestyle. Once a week, social time is held after exercises to encourage participants to make friends and join in the conversation. Refreshments and a healthy snack are provided. Classes are Tuesdays and Fridays, 10 to 11 am at 263 Weller Avenue.

Chair Yoga
A weekly gentle yoga class where almost all poses are performed seated. This class is open to anyone  aged 15+ and is meant to make yoga accessible to all, regardless of ability or income. Classes are Wednesdays, 1 to 1:45 pm at 263 Weller Avenue.

Stretch Out Stress
A twice-weekly, one-hour program to help decrease stress and anxiety and increase relaxation and focus. Classes are Mondays and Thursdays, 1 to 2 pm at 263 Weller Avenue.
